API-1006, 1019 on Timesheet Carousel when clicking fast

Issue/Introduction

API Errors thrown intermittently on Timesheet Carousel when clicking on the periods, HTTP 500 and API-1019, 1006, 1016

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to My Timesheet with user with all timesheet rights
2. Click on the first period in carousel and keep clicking fast to scroll back

Expected Results: No errors

Actual Results: Errors API-1019, 1006, 1016, etc. thrown intermittently to some users - some have it more often than others
