As a Datacom/AD user for CA 7 and CA 11 , should the HOLD ACTION be performed?

Resolution

Datacom/AD customers should not perform the HOLD ACTION.

Apply the PTF with BYPASS(HOLDSYSTEM(DOC,ACTION).
