URL Reputation is disabled in new Messaging Gateway installations

Issue/Introduction

The legacy URL Reputation feature configured in Control Center Spam > Scan Settings section will no longer default to enabled for new Messaging Gateway (SMG) installations after 10.8.0. Upgraded SMG systems will not have their URL Reputation settings changed.

Resolution

The URL Reputation feature is scheduled to be deprecated in a future SMG release in favor of the Webpulse URL classification which may be configured via the Anti-Spam policies.
