ACF2 - z/OS

Issue/Introduction

After migrating to z/OS 2.5  had to activate and begin using the new SDSF SAF resource rules.
When troubleshooting issues with the resource rules, It was noticed that the ACF2 SECTRACE report (ACFRPTST)
always shows a JOBNAME= and USERID= value of region logonid when individual operator was expecting the USERID= value
to reflect the individual operator id invoking the task.

Is this controlled by having musass attribute on region logonid?

Environment

Release : 16.0

Resolution

The process of being able to logon to a "musass" environment is controlled
by the region being APF authorized or having the MUSASS attribute.
The JOBNAME= and USERID= is ALWAYS going to be the region logonid information
and NOT the operator's logonid.
