Users are not able to see the fields, even though they are populated in the database.
Other symptoms include:
Clearing caches do not work.
User sessions do appear in the Log Analysis portlet, but not in the Clarity logs.
Audit Trail does not show for affected users.

Clarity APP and BG services will need to be restarted because the logs do not show the sessions.
After the APP and BG services are restarted, the Clarity sessions are updated in the logs: APP ACCESS and APP SYSTEM
and the users will be able to view the values again.
