This notice is to advise of a chance to a legal document regarding Clarity licensing.

And it has been updated and this is the new version:

The document was updated to reflect Broadcom branding, and also the section 'USE RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS' (page 2 in the updated doc) was added. There are some minor text changes to the sections defining 'User', 'Environment', 'Full Function Users', 'Restricted Users', and 'View Only User'. Moving forward, the 2nd, updated document is the official one.
