View PTF LU08429 introduces a new SARSECU1 source (to assemble to SARSECUX).

How can I tell if I still need to create the SARSECUX?

Resolution

The client was using the CVDEOPTN(SARSECU1) as the SARSECUX exit source.

SARSECU1 is used to accommodate pseudo-dataset rules, for those situations where external security rules have not been converted to native View security rules.

PTF LU08429 had a new version of SARSECU1.

With that, the appropriate action would be for to assemble the new SARSECU1, using it as the SARSECUX exit.
