Form Contains 1 errors - Identity Portal Form Issue

Issue/Introduction

We have created a copy of existing form and have added some more properties to new form but when we enable that form and after using that form when we try to Submit its giving error "Form Contains 1 Error 

There are no errors in Portal Logs (Enabled Dubug mode also)

Also tried to capture logs using Browser Debug mode  but still no logs

Environment

Release : 14.4

Resolution

The customer created a form from an existing one and added a new property and a few attributes.

After Removing the offending property it worked fine.
