Issue/Introduction

The parameter value that is passed to CWPCMAIN exceeds the 100 character limitation and causes the C1E0002E error.

Environment

Release: All Supported Releases

Resolution

The symbolic overrides contain a duplicated value that is causing the parm to exceed the limit of 100 characters.

If the parameter list cannot be reduced to below the 100 character limit, please consult with the appropriate Vendor to determine if there are alternative methods to supplying parameters. Broadcom provides a CONPARMX utility that can generate a parameter list > 100 characters which could be passed to the compiler via a DD statement.
