Parameters do not load - Jaspersoft Reports - Clarity

Issue/Introduction

It has been noticed that data does not load in parameters drop down, within Jaspersoft reports, when executed from Advanced Reporting. It appears for a short while, before disappearing. It has been verified that data is present in the DB that should be displayed. However, the drop down component seems to have an issue.

Cause

Files corruption in the Jaspersoft Servers' folders.

Resolution

Reinstallation of the Jaspersoft Server.
