The appliance is the SG-S200-20 model. For this appliance model, please, see the snippet below, for the official, recommended, SGOS upgrade path, please refer to the below.

6.7.5.14 > 6.7.5.22, if you intend to stay in the 6.7.5.x branch.

So, you can upgrade directly, from 6.7.5.14 > and 7.3.x.x branch. We recommend to upgrade, first, to 7.3.10.1, and then to 7.3.13.2, if you intend to move to the 7.3.x.x branch.
