APM IIB/ACE Monitor - "Incorrect cipherSpec"

Issue/Introduction
The below WARN messages are reported in the Agent log:
[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.iib-ia] Incorrect cipherSpec
[WARN] [IntroscopeAgent.iib-ia] MBStatisticsCleanup.getQueueDepth MQException error occured.Will try again after a interval.
In the MQ Log file:
AMQ9639E: Remote channel 'INTROSCOPE.SVR' did not specify a CipherSpec.
EXPLANATION:
Remote channel 'INTROSCOPE.SVR' did not specify a CipherSpec when the local
channel expected one to be specified.
The channel did not start.
ACTION:
Change the remote channel '' on host ''
to specify a CipherSpec so that both ends of the channel have matching
CipherSpecs.

AMQ9999E: Channel 'INTROSCOPE.SVR' to host 'host(n.n.n.n)' ended
abnormally.
EXPLANATION:
The channel program running under process ID 31649 for channel ''
ended abnormally. The host name is '; in some cases
the host name cannot be determined and so is shown as '????'.
ACTION:
Look at previous error messages for the channel program in the error logs to
determine the cause of the failure. Note that this message can be excluded
completely or suppressed by tuning the "ExcludeMessage" or "SuppressMessage"
attributes under the "QMErrorLog" stanza in qm.ini. Further information can be
found in the System Administration Guide.

Cause
The problem is related to defect DE528058
Resolution
1) Upgrade to latest APM Infrastructure Agent IIB Monitor version 23.5
2) Set introscope.agent.iib.
