Unable to install xFlow on multiple SDM servers

Issue/Introduction

The option to install xFlow does not appear after running the setup.exe from the installation media files.

Environment

Release : 17.3

Cause

The installation media being used is from a Rollup installation, not 17.3 GA ISO. It's necessary to run the setup.exe from the 17.3 GA media files. When running from this location, the xFlow option will appear in the list of products to install.

Resolution

1. Download the media ISO from 17.3, run the setup.exe, and check the xFlow product to install. Refer to the following link for the instructions: Installing CA Service Desk Manager

2. Upgrade xFlow to the current SDM/Catalog Rollup level
