Issue/Introduction

When Service Desk admin configures PAM workflow process for some Service Desk objects(change category/request area/macro), after click on the button in Service Desk web interface, the new page lists some PAM process but the designed one is not in the list. Why?

Environment

Service Desk Manager 17.3 and higher

Resolution

Most likely the designed one is not in the right path.

On the new web page after clicking the button, besides the process name in the list, there is another field called "path"...your designed process should be in this path. If it it not, login PAM web UI as admin and change the path of the designed process and try again. The right path should be /CA SDM/SRF
