Issue/Introduction

Steps to reproduce this behaviour are as follows:

  1. Navigate to the Modern UX
  2. Create a new project. Associate the project with a Department and Location
  3. Create a Cost Plan. Group by Charge Code
  4. Go into the details of the Cost Plan. Enter multiple Charge Codes
  5. Create 'Detail Rows' against each charge code. One or more of them
  6. Create a copy of this Cost Plan
  7. Navigate into the copied cost plan

Expected Results: The 'Detail Rows' are below the header rows, appropriately placed under each charge code, in steps 5 and 7

Actual Results: The 'Detail Rows' gets shuffled and get misplaced under unrelated charge codes in step 7. Sometimes in step 5 also

Resolution

The Detailed Rows functionality has to be used along with the multi-sort capability of the Grid. More that one column can be sorted simultaneously using the multi-sort capability. Clicking on a column header by holding the SHIFT key, on the keyboard, can be used for this purpose.

  1. Sort by a grouping attribute
  2. Sort by other grouping attributes if required
  3. After all other columns are sorted, sort by 'Description' column, in the descending order.
