What are the steps to manually update a SpanVA?

Resolution

To update the SpanVA please follow the instructions below.

  1. Login to the SpanVA
  2. Click on Upgrade in the left menu
  3. Then click Install Updates


To avoid older versions of SpanVA you can turn on Automatic updates.

NOTE: The SpanVA will restart all the services automatically after the update. There is no need to manually restart the SpanVA. Restarting the SpanVA manually before the update is done could interfere with the update. If a shutdown or restart is necessary, the recommendation is to wait at least 2 hours after the SpanVA says the update is done.
