Issue/Introduction

Fast Load for Db2 for z/OS (PFL) job failed with IEC130I DD STATEMENT MISSING message along with a S0C4 abend.
The PFL job was rerun successfully. The Fast Load job output returned the following diagnostics:

There is a circumvention of specifying SORT-OPTIMIZE NO which can be specified directly in the Fast Load syntax or can be controlled globally via the hlq.CDBAPARM UTIL member setting.
