How to correctly set the Windows locale for the Clarity app server

Environment

Release : Any supported release with Windows OS

Resolution


1. Go to Control Panel - Region and set to United States:

2. Go to Windows - Settings and set Region to United States:

3. Reboot the entire server 

4. Repeat for any other servers in the cluster
