The parent name field is blank for Team object in the Global Audit Trail

Issue/Introduction

Parent Name for Team object is blank in the Gloabl Audit trail.

Environment

Release : 16.1.1

Cause

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login as an admin
2. Navigate to Administration - Team object
3. Click on Audit Tab and enable all the fields for auditing. 
4. Navigate to Home - Projects and open any project
5. Click on Team tab and change the allocation of any resource
6. Navigate to Administration - Audit Trail
7. Filter for Team object 
Expected: The audit trail shows record of the allocation change made in Step 5 with all the audit fields populated. 
Actual: The audit trail shows record but the Parent field is blank

Workaround: Instead of selecting Team in the drop down, select its parent, for eg., Project in the drop down filter and it will give the parent name.
