DAY030/INCR030 Step Abends with U0999 after SMF7045

Issue/Introduction

After application of product change SMF7045, the second
execution of a DAY030/INCR030 step abends during       
summarization of the WEEKS.BATCRC00 file with the      
following error mesage in the SASLOG:                  
                                                       
ERROR: BY variables are not properly sorted on data set
       WEEKS.BATCRC00.

Resolution

SMF7047 - Support for IBM APARs OA60660, OA61368, and OA61511

This SMF7047 PTF supersedes SMF7045 and corrects the
problem.
