OBS Filter Auto Suggest Shows Incorrect Display Number at the Bottom

Issue/Introduction

OBS Filter Auto Suggest displays more than 10 suggestions but at the bottom it shows Displaying 10 of the total number even though it is displaying more than 10.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to Home - Resource Planning 
2. Allocations / Unfilled Allocations
3. Go to the Allocations tab
4. Click on + icon to expand filter section
5. Do a search in Investment OBS

Expected Results: Result should mention correct number of Investments its displaying

Actual Results: Display 10 of total number and no option to move further to next list
