Issue/Introduction

A re install for Top Secret V16 was done. This is a base install with no maintenance. How do you get the current maintenance package?

Release : 16.0

Resolution

There is a level set PTF for Top Secret 16.0 (LU09429) that PREs all the Top Secret fixes before that. This PTF can be downloaded from the Support Portal, but you need to do it with complete package so all the PREs get downloaded.

Scroll down to the “Solution Downloads” section and click the box in the middle to “Add to Download”. This will add the fix to your download cart. Go back to the top of the window and click the icon on the right side with the down arrow and tray, which should have a blue ‘1’ next to it. For example:

This will bring up the ‘Download Manager’ window. When downloading, there is a screen that says: 

Create a complete solution package that includes all requisite solutions back to an optional date.
Do you want a complete package for all?  (slide bar for yes or no)
Select date when chained solutions last downloaded: (date field)

Make sure the ‘Do you want a complete package for all?’ switch is blue. This will include all the pre requisite fixes in the download package.

Then select the icon on the right with your preferred download method (HTTPS or Secure FTP).
