Login Message not lasting 30 seconds as configured

Issue/Introduction

The Login message we have set for 30 seconds when a user first logs into Clarity is not lasting the full 30 seconds. Development environment is working as expected, but when moved to Prod environment, it is not consistent.

Resolution

The way Toast messages works is essentially when users either hover over or click on the message it means acknowledging it and that is why it disappears.
