When a Scheduled Report is created in Messaging Gateway via Reports > Favorite Reports, the report text is created and delivered in English rather than the language used during the admin session when the report was created.
For example, if the administrator were logged in using the the Spanish language, scheduled reports created during that admin session could be delivered in a language other than Spanish.
Scheduled reports use the System Locale setting from Administration > Locale > System locale which defaults to the English (United States) locale and the Western European (ISO-8559-1) character set.
In Messaging Gateway 10.8.0 and earlier, this issue may be addressed by setting the System Locale in Administration > Locale > System Locale
For Messaging Gateway 10.8.1 and later, the Schedule Favorite Report page will include a Locale drop down menu allowing the language / locale of a scheduled report to be set on a per report basis and override the default system locale
