Should CCS maintenance be applied prior to the SYSVIEW 17.0 upgrade

Issue/Introduction
I'm planning to upgrade SYSVIEW from release 15 to release 17.
May I know before the SYSVIEW upgrade do I need to apply any maintenance for Common Components and Services release v15? I'm planning to perform SYSVIEW v15 to v17 upgrade first and apply latest maintenance to CCS - is that fine?
For v17 upgrade, is there any additional dependency to any other Broadcom products? Please let me know.
Environment
Release : 17.0 specific, although logic may be applied to upgrades of all releases
Resolution
Broadcom recommends all maintenance be appllied to CCS 15.0 before upgrading to SYSVIEW 17.0.
