Create new QOS_SNMP_Variable

Issue/Introduction

We need to create qos_snmp_variable to be read/used by the script of the nas probe. We tried to follow the documentation for 20.4 but the information does not match with what we see in our interface.

Environment

• Release: 20.4

Cause

• The interface changed in 20.4 CU2 so the documentation is not clear for those in 20.4 GA/CU1.
• View and Export Quality of Service (QoS) Data

Resolution

In UIM 20.4 pre-CU2, please follow these steps:

SLM --> Quality of Service --> Click on any Qos --> Click the Actions menu (3 dots) --> New 

There, you can create the required QoS.

In newer versions:

1. Login to Operator Console

2. Select SLM from the left panel

3. From the upper tab, select QoS Definition

4. On the right, click on Create QoS

5. Enter the properties for the new QoS
