In a machine the customer has installed Plex 7.2.1 Build 003 and it is working as intended
An admin by mistake additionally also installed Plex 7.2 in same machine then uninstalled this version through the Control Panel
The suspicion was that the original 7.2.1 installation was affected because of the 7.2 attempt
Customer then tried to repair the 7.2.1 installation.
He went to Windows Control Panel and executed the Modify option which launches the Plex setup.
While running this setup - specifying the Repair option - we encounter this 1308 error
The path that is mentioned does not exist in the customer's machine.
That path also does not exist in our testing machine.
Why does this error occur?

This issue was caused by the installation of 7.2 when 7.2.1 was already installed
I recommended to either revert to machine snapshot from before 7.2 was installed or to reinstall Plex
