Resolution

In the CABYJCL Library there is sample member called APJJ5101.  This job will print a Move Request off the APTDB file.  

//APJP5101 EXEC APJP5101,                     
//               VSAMPFX='user.aptdb.file',        
//               REPORTS=*,                     
//               MOVEREQ='000435'  

VSAMPFX= is the High-Level Name of the APTDB File   
MOVEREQ= is the Move Request number to be printed
