Hi,
We are not able to tick "Use system proxy" check box in ASM monitor.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Tick "Use system proxy" in any monitor
2. Save the monitor
3. Re-open the monitor
4. You'll see "Use system proxy" is unchecked
Let us know if you are seeing same issue.

The problem is not in saving the value but in loading the value in the form. Thus, if you check the checkbox and save the monitor, the value is properly saved to DB. However, if you edit the monitor again and save it, the unchecked box will result in disabling proxy.
