Issue/Introduction

We have an "Owner field" custom attribute in Clarity mapped to the "Owner" field in Rally.

When sending the Clarity "Owner field" to Rally, Rally's "Owner" does not get any value.

Environment

Release : 16.1.1

Resolution

The Clarity & Rally owner sync process assumes matching email addresses.

It will not match [email protected] with [email protected], email addresses should be identical (case sensitive).

Development plans to Relax email address sync rules to be case insensitive. Targeting the change for a release in fall 2024, subject to change.
