Issue/Introduction

How to improve the Audit score in CloudSOC.

Resolution

CloudSOC administrator needs to review high and medium risk applications which are primarily responsible for bringing down the score.

Create a BRR profile and adjust the important level according to your organiation requirement to associate it with a tag. 
Tag the high and medium risk applications with the BRR Profiles. This change will cause the service score to change.

Another method is to tag Medium and High risk applciation as ignore which will not be contributed to over all score. This is not recommended as the services will not be listed in reports or infographics.
