Issue/Introduction

Receiving error "API-1006: The value 'false)and and (xxx managerId in (for Attribute 'isRole' is not in expected format or is invalid." when trying to change Staffing Plan from Monthly to Weekly in Settings.

 

Cause

Missing fiscal time periods in Entities.

Resolution

  1. Go to Administration - Finance - Setup
  2. Entities - Fiscal Time Period
  3. Period Type - Weekly
  4. Select Start and Finish Date and add the missing Weekly Time Periods
  5. Save and Return

After adding the Time Periods, make changes in Staffing Plan page.
