Installing UIM Server 20.4 - Cumulative Update 7 note on installing IM

Issue/Introduction

We are planning to install UIM Server 20.4 - Cumulative Update (CU 7) on our Primary HUB running DX UIM 20.4.

Reviewing the steps to follow for its execution in the URL:

The following note is observed:

Note: If you have Infrastructure Manager installed on the UIM Server Primary system, and you upgrade the UIM Server alone, the Infrastructure Manager may not work. So, we recommend installing the Infrastructure Manager (20.4 CU7) after the UIM Server is upgraded.

Could you please send me the URL where to download Infrastructure Manager (20.4 CU7), since it could not be located on the web at http://support.nimsoft.com/

Resolution

1. Once you have upgraded the DX UIM Primary hub to DX UIM 20.4.7, hit the /uimhome page. For example: http://<primaryhub_hostname>/uimhome
2. Click the 'Installer' panel link on the page.
3. Download and install the Infrastructure Manager
