END_TIME column of CA7_JOB table always contains the default value

Issue/Introduction
Why the CA7_JOB table would be showing the default values rather than the actual last run date/time?
Resolution
Even if the END_TIME is in the CA 7 SQL Table Definitions (AL2SQLD), it is not being used.
This is why the received result is the default value of
1970-01-01-00.00.00.000000.
Additional Information
A query on CA7_PRIOR_RUN returns the correct last run date/time for the job.
