Issue/Introduction

A user with access to only view Hierarchy data, without access to view the investments, is getting an API error when accessing the 3rd-level custom sub object records. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

  1. Create a 'hierarchy_view' user that has access to navigate and view Hierarchies 
  2. DO NOT grant access to view or edit any investments in the system 
  3. Be sure that the hierarchies are associated with a Blueprint that includes a 2nd-level Sub Object Module and the Details fly-out shows sub tabs for the 3rd-level sub objects 
  4. Login as the 'hierarchy_view' user 
  5. Navigate and open any hierarchy 
  6. Navigate to the 2nd-level Sub Object Module tab
  7. Click on any record and open the Details fly-out and navigate to the 3rd-level sub tab (sub sub object tab) 

Expected Result: The user with access to only view hierarchies, without access to investments, should get Investment sub sub object data. No additional rights are needed. 

Actual Results: API error is generated and the user is not able to access the data for a 3rd-level custom sub sub object.  

Workaround: None.
