Clarity PPM On Premise Clarity PPM SaaS

Issue/Introduction

When the 'Synchronize Mapped Information' job has executed at least 1 time, it creates some staging tables.  These tables are appearing in the Clarity Administration, Attributes Tile grid and should not appear.

  • The 'Attributes' tile (under MUX>Administration) contains internal Staging Table fields that should not be available
  • Essentially, the Attributes listing contains all internal Staging Table fields associated with configured Integration Mappings
  • For example, 'Connect to Rally" and "Clarity Rally OKR" are visible as Objects representing the names of the (2) Integration Mappings configured in the environment.
  • When the Sync job is run, at least once, the staging tables are created and visible in the Attributes area in Modern UX.
  •  When an Integration Mappings record is deleted, the internal Staging tables are not removed

Expected Results: The staging tables should not appear in the Administration, Attributes grid. When an Integration Mappings record is deleted, the internal Staging tables should be deleted.

Actual Results: The 'Connect to Rally' and 'Clarity Rally OKR' staging tables are displayed in the Administration, Attributes grid. These staging tables are schematically the same and have the same label as the object tables used for the integration functionality. This causes confusion because the administrator is seeing duplicate objects and attributes. The Integration Mapping Staging tables remain although the mapping records have been deleted.

Workaround: None.
