Accept/reject enrollment requests by a user admin on the Broadcom Support Portal

Issue/Introduction

To accept/reject the following pending requests on the Broadcom Support Portal, a User Administrator can follow the steps / procedure below.

  • Registration / Site Id access 
  • User Admin access
  • Product Administrator Role

Resolution

Login to the Broadcom Support Portal - My Dashboard 

  1. Click on My Tools and select Administration.



      2. Select the Registration Requests Tab. This will show all pending requests associated with a site. To process them, click on the Pencil Icon at the right     
          end.

      3.  It will show you the request details. Choose the option Reject or Approve


             

      4. The requester will receive a system-generated email about the status of their request.

Note: If you are unable to process a pending enrollment or not the correct person, notify Broadcom Customer Care at the earliest for further assistance.
