Error "U00003413 Socket call 'recv' returned error code '113'. No route to host" connecting from JCP to PWP

Issue/Introduction

The JCP process cannot connect to the PWP of the primary AE server and fails to start. The error message below is present in the PWP log.

Environment

Component: CA Automic Workload Automation - Automation Engine

Release : 21.x

Cause

The error message usually occurs if the port numbers used by the JCP are not open bi-directionally.

Resolution

Please make sure that the JCP defined port numbers are open on the firewall in both directions(IN/OUT).
