The JCP process cannot connect to the PWP of the primary AE server and fails to start. The error message below is present in the PWP log.

The error message usually occurs if the port numbers used by the JCP are not open bi-directionally.
Please make sure that the JCP defined port numbers are open on the firewall in both directions(IN/OUT).
