Issue/Introduction
Does Dynamic Capacity Intelligence (DCI) require to be started early at IPL, for example before JES2 or any other z/OS component?
Environment
Release : 2.0
Resolution
DCI does not need to be involved at early IPL, it can be started like any other application (e.g. DB2, IMS and so on) as soon as the system and all the z/OS facilities are up.
