For agreements in the MUX Audit has blank value in Record column

Issue/Introduction

After creating and then updating an agreement in the MUX Audit has blank value in Record column.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Associate Agreements object with Departmenr OBS
2. Configure Audit for Agreements:
    - no attributes audited for insert or delete
    - all attributes except (Blueprint, Contributors, ID, Partition) audited on change.
3. Create agreement with Dept_OBS value and Name value
4. Navigate to Audit tab after modifying one of the audited attributes but not Name.
5. Observe Record column is blank

Expected Results: It should show Record column with the data.

Actual Results: It does not show Record column with the data.

Release : 16.1.1

Resolution

DE69860, Fixed in 16.2.0.

Workaround: Update Name column at which point all the Audit records then have a value in the Record column
