Issue/Introduction

Sending the job "SM Installer: Enable Trace" to Agent fail with error:

"Exit code 1 indicates possible error [SDM228001]"

Looking at SD Agent logs, the following message can be seen:

Resolution

Checking further at the logs, the following messages can be seen:

This could be cause by 2 reasons:

1.- Ensure CAF and SD Agent plugin are configured to run as Local System.
2.- Ensure that the following Configuration Policy is set to 'locally manager':

DSM -> Software Delivery -> Software Management -> Modules to be traced
