UIM - Unusual functioning of ONCE ONLY Maintenance schedule

Issue/Introduction

When you create a new schedule, configured to occur ONLY ONCE, you notice that this schedule is triggered periodically instead of once only. 

Environment

Release : 20.4 or later

Cause

The cause of this issue is a mismatch between the UIM Server Time (which follows DST logic) and the maintenance schedule created for a timezone that doesn't follow the DST logic. This is a rare scenario that is not supported by the current code of the probe. 

Resolution

To avoid these issues, you should delete the schedules created from a DST Server for the non-DST time zones and replace them with DST time zones. If you create a schedule from a UIM Server that runs on a non-DST timezone you can create a schedule for non-DST timezones.
