After clicking on the link in the email to download any report causes error

Issue/Introduction

When redirected to CloudSOC while downloading the report the following error is received "The download link is invalid error" for all kinds of report.

Resolution

Verify the user who is currently logged into CloudSOC matches the user who requested the report and then click on the link provided in the email.
