License Portlet showing incorrect License count

Issue/Introduction

License information portlet is showing license count as 1 more than what is actually shown than the list of users that is shown upon clicking the license type link.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Login to Classic PPM as admin user, navigate to administration> license information
2. Observe the User count by License type
3. Click the FULL license type to list all users who have consumed Full license type.

 

Expected Results: The user list to match the original license usage summary

Actual Results: The user list does not show all users and is short of 1 user

Environment

Clarity PPM SAAS Release: 16.1.1 

Cause

There are system seeded accounts in the Clarity systems that is hidden and the user list by license type page is built such that it only shows users that are not hidden. This was reported as DE69835.

Resolution

This is resolved in 16.1.3, and was originally tracked as DE69835.
