Details of Box Securlet Settings

Issue/Introduction

The employee who set up the Box Securlet initially has left the company. Is there a way to get the details of choices made when setting up the Box Securlet?

Please contact the CloudSOC Support Team. 

Additional Information

If the client needs to know the Box administrator account that performed the activation - CloudSOC DB does not retain the User Credentials who activated a Securlet.

The Cloudsoc Engineering team may be able to look that up in the backend logs if it was very recent.
