Logonid alias in ACF2 Admin for rule writing

Issue/Introduction

Adding many sysprogs. 
Have access for existing system programmers.
There are no role based rules. 
Is there any way to alias these new ids to our existing system programmer ids and give similar access?

How do you write rules for your sysprogs?
is there a specific UID string that you have for sysprogs?
Do you write rules for a sysprog using uid with logonid or is it UID string without reference to logonid?.

If it is uid string related and does not reference a logonid, then your new sysprogs should be automatically
included in the existing rules if they have the same uid string (excluding ;logonid).

If you do not have anything in ACF2 that identifies a user as a sysprog or security admin,
then there is nothing you can do - apart from start to use role based rules.
