Data Protection Policies are not being triggered for a domain on the account.
Data protection may not be enabled for that domain. The domain in question may be utilizing custom settings.
Verify if data protection is enabled for the domain. You can do this by going to Services > Data Protection > Data Protection in the portal and clicking on the "Apply to:" menu options. All domains on the account with data protection enabled will be in the pull down list:
If the domain appears on the list, please select it and ensure it is using global settings. Custom settings overrides Global settings and may not contain the required Data Protection Policies.
If a domain is missing from the list and the overall account has the Data Protection feature addon, then you can open a ticket with technical support to get the data protection service enabled for the domain that it is missing on. You can access the support portal to open a ticket here - Broadcom Support
