Issue/Introduction

Customer wants to search all the incidents generated for specific credit card number or a specific match detected.

 

Environment

Cause

Customer wants the ability to search through incidents' based off a specific match.

Resolution

There is no mechanism in the product that allows administrators to search the violations because all that data is encrypted.   It would require to pull out and decrypt EVERY incident in the system.
