Unable to launch CA Introscope Workstation 10.7.0.313 on windows

Issue/Introduction

Not able to launch Introscope workstation version 10.7.0.313 on Windows. 

Error message: 

Unsigned application requesting unrestricted access to system

unassigned resource : .... /../...workstationProduct/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.101.R34x_v20080819.jar

Environment

Release : 10.7.0

Cause

There was an issue with the 10.7 certificate/key used for signing these artifacts and there was also a secondary issue with the time stamp signing certificate. The signing certificate/key was changed to nextgen and on 10.8 several months back. The version 10.7.0.313 is about 2 years and 5 months old.

Resolution

Fixed in latest 10.8 release or APM 10.7 HF 87
