Parenthesis in resource name causes issues when used in Conversations

Issue/Introduction

Once there is a special character in the name of the resource, it produces the conversation and the ID code of the user. 

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. In Classic View
2. Go to Administration>>Resources
3. Create new resource - Last Name with parenthesis-EX- User (MUX)
4. Go to Modern UX
5. Open a project
6. Add this user to the staff
7. Create a task
8. Select the task and Details flyout
9. Select Conversation
10. tag the user you have just created
11. Click post
12. Everything looks correct
13. Click Details and then go back to Conversations

Expected Results: It still looks correct with just the name showing along with the message

Actual Results: You see class, type along with the resource internal ID
